Philippe Raimbault was elected President of the Toulouse-Midi-Pyrénées Federal University on 1 July 2016. He was Head of Sciences in Toulouse since September 2010. He previously held the position of Deputy Director. Law graduate (2008), doctor of public law, he graduated from the IEP in Toulouse (1995). This professor of public law taught at the University of Limoges, the IEP of Toulouse, the University of Social Sciences of Toulouse 1 (2003-2008), the Institute of Judicial Studies (Toulouse 1) and At the Jean-François-Champollion University Center (Albi and Rodez). He is also a member of the Scientific Council of the Europa Association (Regular University Interview for Administration in Europe). He is also a member of AFDA (French Association for Research in Administrative Law).
